Rare Earth Fluorides

The rare earth fluorides series includes lanthanum fluoride, cerium fluoride and praseodymium-neodymium fluoride. White or pink powder, insoluble in water but soluble in perchloric acid, hygroscopic and sealed storage required. TREO≥82%–86%, purity 3.5N–4N, qualified fluorine content and loss on ignition. Excellent optical and thermal properties. Used in medical imaging scintillators, laser materials, fluoride glass, optical fibers, infrared glass, special alloys and metal smelting, meeting high-end photofunctional material and metallurgical demands.
